The OS Trace Report can be generated by selecting the OS Trace icon from the report section of the Fiber Tab:

The OS Trace Report gives detailed information on all OS assignments in the project, giving the optical system name, the starting and terminating devices of the OS, and the distance in feet and kilometers. (See display below.)

The OS Trace report can be saved as a *.csv file by right-clicking on any cell and selecting 'Save As'.
